How would I get into a place like this, I have nothing right now. Hands are messed up from CTS all the nerves are dying in both my hands to the point I can not work. I have no license operation of a vehicle. Not being able to drive and my hands not working properly. Trying to stay in high spirits, unfortunately I suffer from depression and/or chemical imbalance in my head. I want to be better so I can be a father to my son, I need the proper care to help get a life I've never really had together a normal life not one where I'm going to end up in prison I was raised by only my mother my baby mama verbally abuse me tells me to eat a bullet tells me my son will never know who I nor my family is does not let me send him birthday presents on his birthday but sends me pitchers says how good of a man I am please guide me in the right direction I need this recovery my son needs this recovery I am out of options

Let's just say this wasn't my first (rodeo) trip through a Detox/rehab facility, in fact I have worked at a few as well. I was very pleased with the treatment and respect I received from the Day I walked into Detox right through the program. I chose Beachside mainly because of it's smaller size, client to therapist ratio, and location, wanting to get out of the West Palm Beach Area. The Therapists and choice of daily activities during your stay after Detox are 2ND to none, as are the living accommodations on Hutchinson Island. The smartest choice I made however,(& I wasn't overflowing with Bright Ideas when I got here) was to stay on for the IOP(intensive outpatient program) and live on the island in the sober living house. Chelsea and Dr. G the IOP therapists are excellent and the Program uses a 16 week long Evidence Based Practice called the Matrix Model which very few if any programs I'm familiar with use or would go through the effort and expense to train their staff to get certified to offer this brand of treatment to their clients. Still Living Sober Feeling Strong now working a new job at what I love doing right hear on the Treasure Coast. Thanks to all of you

I worked in other rehab for long periods of time and I can honestly say and feel that this is one caring staff , who will do whatever it takes for the client as well as staff. I am honored to be part of it.

It’s not easy making the decision to seek help. Personally I struggled with it for too long, but having decided to seek help I couldn’t have found a better place. Everyone at Beachside showed concern, caring, and support throughout my stay. So I’ll say to anyone reading this; if you are struggling there is no better place to be. Beachside gave me my life back. I just completed their program! I’m home now, and I’m sooo glad I found Beachside. I’ve been to a few different treatment centers, but something about this one was different. I’d give this place a thumbs up for sure. Everything is well thought out and the staff is great. The owner was an amazing lady, she really has her heart in this. I am so glad that I found this place. They saved my life! Well, my higher power (God) first and for sure they are part of His plan. Thanks Beachside! You know exactly what your doing. With that being said, It’s all about what you put in that determines what you get out.. To thine own self be true. Give yourself a break and give this place a try. You’ll be so glad you did! 😉

My daughter selected Beachside from her internet search and talking with staff over the phone. She was struggling with alcohol and prescription drugs and decided she needed help. First, let me say is very happy she selected Beachside. She made a number of great friends while finding sobriety. She wasn't thrilled with the detox week in their detox facility which became 9 days before she was released to the residences you see online. The detox period extension was a combination of, I believe, staff shortage and weekends. She was thrilled with the accommodations after detox. Beachside has a capacity of up to about 30 clients at a time. Those in the program rotate out weekly after they've completed treatment. Most of the staff that I met were very nice and professional. The clients all have different addictions and issues, so she learned a lot from getting to know others and their challenges. The only area I felt needed improvement is communication with the clients outside contacts, ie. spouse or parents. I felt in the dark through much of her time there and when information form letters were sent to me, they should have been sent weeks before. However, what mattered was my daughter getting sober and having to tools to handle life past rehab. Beachside staff, thank you taking great care of my daughter!

Beachside is a place where the staff does care and recovery is possible. I made new friends that genuinely cared about me when i no longer cared about myself. Beachside is a true family that will not give up on you and help you reach your limits. I thank you all at beachside for your unconditional love.

I was at Beachside the month of November, 2017. I am now clean for 4 months after leaving the facility. Previous to my stay I had unsuccessfully attempted to get clean for nearly 10 years. I don’t believe any other details of my stay are relevant. I paid for a rehab that would help me get clean and I walked away clean and I’m still clean. What they did for me I could not do for myself over several years. I believe the stark contrast in the content of the other reviews clearly demonstrate the black and white thinking that is characteristic of the true nature of addiction. You will notice a clear dichotomy. They are either very low or very high. Not much if anything in between. A rehab facility cannot be both horrible and outstanding at the same time. I believe the difference between positive reviews and negative reviews is most likely a reflection of the positive or negative attitudes and expectations of the people writing the review, not necessarily an accurate assessment of the rehab program itself. Am I the only one who sees the irony in people whose lives are being threatened, compromised, and essentially destroyed by drugs or alcohol aggressively criticizing the degree of luxury associated with the institution that is attempting to save their lives ? A humorous anecdote that comes to mind is someone standing on the deck of the Titanic passing up a rescue from another vessel because that vessel does not meet up to their standards. Just my opinion. We all have one.

I am an employee at Beachside Rehab. I have over 20 years experience in this business and have worked at several treatment centers. After the bad wrap Florida treatment centers have got as of late, I can say for a fact that Beachside Rehab is one of the most caring and honest centers in Florida. In my opinion, there are not an overwhelming number of great treatment centers with their hearts in the right place. Everyone here truly cares about the patients recovery. That is the number one priority. We make sure that all of our patients get the tools necessary to live a clean and sober life. I would recommend treatment at Beachside Rehab to anyone who is struggling to lead a happy, sober life. I am very proud to be part of the Beachside Rehab family!

I'm sure that the people and program at Beachside saved my life. For the first time in many years, I understand myself and my addiction, and actually like who I am again. The counselors, housing techs, and support staff restored hope to what felt like a hopeless situation. They helped me, through their experience, develop the tools and relationships to keep me happy and healthy the rest of my life.

Beachside is a beautiful facility! Top notch care and beautiful housing. The staff genuinely cares and works to meet your every need! It's definitely a plus and raises the comfortibility level that a lot of the staff are in recovery themselves. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for immaculate care!

Having been an employee at Beachside Rehab for the past 2 and a half years has been such an amazing experience. When i came to Beachside I was broken and didn't know where my life was going. Between my own willingness and the help of Beachside staff and clinical team I have been able to become ok with myself again. i had been to a couple rehabs before that didn't do anything for me. They just want to take your money. Beachside's staff treats you like family. This meant a lot to me because I never really had my own family. It's amazing to actually be treated like a person when your at your at your bottom and everyone else in your life treats you like crap. I was truly blessed to find this place.
